Josephine (Jo) started her journey in taxidermy in 2016 when she purchased a coyote skull from a local store. The love for the art form just grew from there. 

She founded West Coast Macabre a short time later. 

She preserves animals with love and compassion. Ensuring all specimens are ethically sourced.  Believing strongly in education and preservation. 

She loves new ideas and creating new pieces for you to enjoy. Always trying to further her education in the subject and be able to create more for her customers. 

She expresses her thanks to those who have helped her this far and to those who will help her in the future.
