SHIPPING, RETURNS AND PAYMENT

I can not be held responsible if an item shows up damaged. The right steps will be taken to ensure the customer is satisfied.

If you receive a package damaged please contact me right away. Please include pictures of the box and items when it was received.

In Store pick up
please contact me for available pick up times and locations. Delivery fee may apply depending on distance.

Any orders that need to be shipped will have a flat rate for shipping at checkout. Any over charge for shipping will be refunded. If there is more shipping needed you will be contacted through he email you checked out with.

Wet specimens are shipped WITH OUT liquids in the container listed, unless otherwise stated in the listings. If you are unsure what to fill them with please contact me.

Shipping

Shipping to all Canadian Addresses.
Items are shipped with in 3 days of receiving full payment.
Items will ship to the address provided on the transaction.
If an address is incorrect it is the buyers responsibility to pay for reshipment.
You will receive a tracking number through the email provided on the invoice. (if applicable)

Shipping costs are made via Canada Post.

Returns

Contact me within: 3 days of receiving your item.

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

Buyer pays for return shipment

I don't accept cancellations/returns on custom orders. Deposit is non refundable.

Item must be in same condition and packaging that was received.

These policies are subject to change.

Shipping costs are non refundable.
